30-Day Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused or lightly used
In good working condition
Free from damage caused by misuse, improper installation, neglect, or unauthorized modification
Returned with all included parts, accessories, packaging, and instructions when possible

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective or damaged.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of shipment.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the product arrived defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Products

Warranty Support
The Distracted Driving Device may be covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow instructions.
