RETURN POLICY

Customer MUST get Authorization for the return, PRIOR to returning merchandise, by calling DDD Customer Care Center.  Customer shall in all cases be responsible for the shipping costs for the return.  Product MUST be unused and in ORIGINAL condition and from original purchaser.  Discontinued product SHALL NOT be returned.  WITHIN 30 DAYS OF SHIPPING DATE: 15% RESTOCKING fee will be assessed to Customer.  MORE THAN 30 DAYS, LESS THAN 60DAYS FROM SHIPPING DATE: 20% restocking fee will be assessed to the Customer.  AFTER 60DAYS FROM SHIPPING DATE:  NO RETURNS ACCEPTED.
